Great location with big free parking close to the church just 30 seconds from the hotel. Very good value of money - it was definietly worth it. Clean room with comfortable bed, nice swimming pool area, exceptionally friendly, kind owner.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and always ready to help. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the price was definitely worth the quality. The hotel is conveniently located close to the beach and some great restaurants. A lovely cat named Bobby lives there, adding a special charm to the place. I would love to come back next year!

We liked everything, there was always clean bed linen and towels. The owner is a very good person. Next time we come to Faliraki, we'll stop only here

George is a wonderful host and could not do enough for us to make us comfortable and welcome. The rooms are basic but they have everything we needed. A fridge, 2 burner electric hob, electric kettle. The beds were comfortable and the room was spacious with a nice little balcony overlooking the pool with table and chairs. The bathroom is not fancy but crucially the shower water pressure was fantastic! The pool was lovely and clean and the location was absolutely perfect, literally 5 minutes walk to the main bars & clubs area and less than 10 minutes walk to the beach.

There are a lot of opportunities in this place, bar, pool, table games, children playground.The owner was very kind, and helpfull! Bobby, his cat is a lovely dog!

Everything! Starting from the localization ( close to the beach, shops, main attractions of Faliraki), pool and facilities ( a lot of place where you can sit outside and relax, have some drinks or swim), people ( thank you George for everything) and Bobby ( kisses from the kids:))
